The abbreviation H.O.R.S.E, stands for: Holdem, Omaha, Razz, Seven Card Stud and Eights or Better or sometimes Seven Card Stud. The poker variants used and the number of rounds each variant is played usually differ from tournament to tournament, and are pre-determined before the tournament starts.
