How do I download the free software?

What do I do once the download is complete?

You are now ready to install the Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room software file that is saved by default to your desktop. Once you have found it, double-click on it to begin the installation process.

How do I find the downloaded file?

The default location is your desktop. If you saved it somewhere else and cannot find it then simply click on "Start"/ "Find"/ "Find files or folders". Then click on "Find now". (Remember to search by using the "Local hard drives" option).

What is the installation file called?

Piggs Peak Poker Full version is called: PiggsPeakFull_w3.EXE

What are the minimum system requirements in order to run the program?

Once I have downloaded and installed the software successfully, how do I connect to the Online Poker Room?
       
  1. Make sure you are logged onto the Internet    
  2. Double click on the Piggs Peak Poker icon on your desktop OR click the Start button in Windows> Select "Programs"> Select "Piggs Peak Poker"> Double click on Piggs Peak Poker"
Why does my Poker Room account appear to be locked?

For the sake of responsible gaming, Piggs Peak Poker only permits one user account per player. Due to this ONE account policy, the new account will be locked automatically, upon completion of your newly registered account.

Playing at this online poker room is only allowed for players with the minimum age of 18 years or older, and for persons who reside in a jurisdiction where participation in a Swaziland Internet Casino, is indeed legal. Piggs Peak Poker therefore reserves the right to request their members to furnish them with valid copies of identification.

Upon request of the identity documentation the user account will be temporarily suspended, pending the identity confirmation. Please note that the ID request is for the player’s own security, as well as to ensure that we meet the minimum legal requirements for responsible gambling.

How do I log onto the Online Poker Room?
       
  • Connect to the Internet    
  • Run the Piggs Peak Poker online poker room software    
  • On the main Piggs Peak Poker room screen, click on the "Connect" button.    
  • When a dialog box appears, enter your account number and password (or register for an account where relevant).
What is my password/account number?

To protect your own security, your password for your Piggs Peak Poker account is case-sensitive and must be entered in exactly the same way each time that you log on. If you have forgotten your password or Piggs Peak Poker account number, please contact a customer service representative for assistance. For easy reference, remember to have your poker registration details handy.

What do I do if I try logging on and it does not connect?

This is often due to a bad or slow connection from your Internet Service Provider. Simply disconnect and reconnect to the Internet and then try again. This usually solves the problem. If not, it would be advisable to contact your Internet Service Provider Support Centre.

REGISTRATION

How do I register with the Poker Room?
       
  • Connect to the Internet and then run the Piggs Peak Poker software, after you have ensured that all your other applications are closed.    
  • When the Piggs Peak Poker room's main screen becomes visible, click on the "Register" button.   
  • From here you can simply follow the prompts, enter your First name, Last name, Date of birth, ID number, e-mail address and contact details. You will be requested to enter a password of your choice. Note that your password is case sensitive and should be chosen carefully.   
  • Once registration is complete, you will be given a player account number. Keep your account number and password in a safe place. You will use them to access the Poker Room each time you wish to play.   
  • You will be asked if you want the software to remember your password. To make sure that no one else with access to your computer can play on your account, select "No". It is recommended that you only select "Yes" if you are the only person who has access to your computer.
Do I pay to play as a Guest?

No! Guest play is 100% FREE! When playing at Piggs Peak Poker you will have the option to play at either the Real money tables or the Free tables (Guest play). The guest play tables would be the tables HIGHLIGHTED in blue. Each player is allocated 2000 Free guest chips. If your guest chips get reduced to zero, your guest balance would be refreshed again within 24 hours.

For how long will my Guest account be active?

Guest accounts never expire. You are welcome to remain a Guest player for as long as you like and play as often as you like.

Can I open an account by e-mail?

Can I purchase more Online Poker Room chips in Guest mode?

No, guests are allocated Guest accounts that allow them to play poker for FREE and are given a daily limit of 2000 poker credits. Once those credits have been used they cannot be refreshed straight away. They are automatically refreshed again, every 24 hours.
