The Player further and specifically indemnifies this casino, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organisations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against The Player arising from any and all interaction with our casino and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations.   The Player further accepts and understands that any and all malfunctions or misuse void all plays and pays.

The Player is solely responsible for keeping his/her account number and password secure and secret. Should a Player be found to be in contravention of this, all accounts associated with the Player will be immediately closed and no future play will be allowed in the Poker Room.

The Player further and specifically indemnifies Piggs Peak Poker Room, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and all interaction with the Poker Room and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. Such action shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of the criminalization of online/Internet wagering within the Player's jurisdiction
19. The Player obtains no rights to Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room and Piggs Peak Casino trade name, specific terms, or any other terms or materials contained in the website or the software.
20. Please note that promotions exclude heads-up tables where the maximum players equal 2 & 5 card draw tables. We reserve the right to restrict promotions from players with multiple identifiers or players who have multiple accounts.
21. In the event of the Player applying for a real money account at the Poker Room, the Player in so doing authorizes us and / or our designated agent(s) to investigate his / her creditworthiness in connection with the aforementioned application and / or any subsequent purchases that the player might make at the Poker Room.
22. The Player accepts that prior to releasing any winnings, the Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room reserves the right to conduct a security review and perform account identifications processes and to require you to provide such identification or other information or documentation as the Poker Room deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, the Poker Room reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.
23. The Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room reserves the right to refuse access to the Poker Room to any person
24. The management of Piggs Peak Poker reserves the right to report any criminal or suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
25. If the Player does not log onto his/her Poker account for a period of 180 days, any balance in his/her account will be forfeited to the Poker Room.
26. Should players receive free money from Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room, the Poker Manager reserves the right to withdraw moneys not utilized after 14 days.
27. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play.  'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:
     
    i.    Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play - through requirement for that bonus having been met;
    ii.    Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;
    iii.    Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette
