Standard Game RulesAn Alias is the name that Players in the Multi-Player environment know each other by.The following rules apply: - No offensive Aliases are permitted. If you select an Alias that is considered offensive, your Alias will be rejected, and you will need to select another Alias for approval.
- Players cannot change their Alias within the first 6 months.
- Should you wish to change your Alias, an e-mail is to be sent to support@piggspeakpoker.com with a reason for why the Alias should be changed. Each Alias change request will be reviewed on an individual basis by the Poker Department and you will be advised via e-mail whether the request has been successful or not.
These decisions are at the discretion of the House. The Player determines the action they want to perform in a game by clicking the appropriate Action button. Once a Player has selected an action, it is final. Players must ensure they select the correct action.
MTT Rules - Hand for Hand play
Should there be more than one table remaining in a multiple table tournament when the payouts are 1 place away (ie the 'bubble') hand for hand play will come into effect. At this stage the play on each table will start at the same time, a new hand being dealt to each table simultaneously upon the conclusion of hands on all tables. The next player eliminated will be deemed to be the 'bubble' player. If players are eliminated on different tables the first player eliminated will be decided by the time he/she went out of the tournament.’
Chip DumpingChip dumping is not allowed, and may result in the following: - Players being disqualified and removed from the game.
- Players forfeiting all buy-in amounts.
- Players being permanently banned from Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room.
Note:These decisions are at the discretion of the House.
Coffeehousing and chat rules:Coffeehousing is not permitted.The following rules apply: - No "board talk" is allowed. Players may not chat about a hand while it is in progress. Although some comments may be innocuous, the presumption will be that any comments about the play of a hand are in violation of our rules. Be on the safe side and avoid making jokes about the hand you are holding or how you intend to play during a hand.
- Chat may not be used to offer other players advice during a hand, or urge a player to take a particular course of action (e.g., it is a rule violation to use chat to say "Call him, he’s bluffing!").
- No chat will be allowed regarding any folded cards that were held during a hand.
- Players may not chat about any current cards they are holding during a hand.
- Only the English language may be used in chat.
- Foul, abusive or threatening language will not be tolerated at the gaming tables. Players will lose membership (chat) privileges for repeat occurrences
- Spamming the chat room will result in the players chat being disabled (eg. Awwwwwwww).
- Shouting is unnecessary and players are requested to type in small letters. (eg. BANG, BANG!).
- Players will be suspended should any Advertising of other websites occur using the Chat Facility.
- Management has the right to close any game at any time.
- Management has the right to remove a player for a time period for a violation of a chat rule.
- The Poker Manager determines the duration of player suspension and or chat suspension.
In all disputes in which a ruling, interpretation, clarification or intervention is required, all decisions made by Piggs Peak Poker management are final and binding. Abuse of chat facility may result in the following: - Players being disqualified and removed from the game.
- Players forfeiting all buy-in amounts.
- Players being permanently banned from Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room.
Collusion
Poker is a game where Players play for their own interest. Partnerships or any kind of cooperation among Players is not permitted. Collusion is not allowed, and may result in the following: - Players being disqualified and removed from the game.
- Players forfeiting all buy-in amounts.
- Players being permanently banned from Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room.
Note:These decisions are at the discretion of the House. DisconnectionIf a Player is disconnected from the system during play, the following rules apply: If a Player is disconnected during the play of a hand and have placed a bet, they have thirty seconds to reconnect. If they do not reconnect within thirty seconds, the following happens: - If the Player can check, their hand is automatically checked.
- If the Player cannot check, but has All-In's available, their hand is considered All-In.
- If the Player does not qualify to check their hand, or be considered All-In, their hand automatically folds.
- All-In's are not allowed for disconnections in Pot-Limit and No-Limit games.
- If there is an issue on the gaming server preventing the completion of a game, the game play for the current hand is cancelled. And the player balance for the table is returned to its state at the start of the hand.
Game RulesAll the basic rules of Poker and the specific game rules apply. House RulesThe House reserves the right to do the following: - Disqualify any Players who do not follow Game rules, or that act inappropriately during a game.
- Alter the rules and make final decisions on all game related issues as they occur.
- All decisions are at the discretion of the House, and are final.
Individual Play
Poker is a game where Players play for their own interest. Partnerships or any kind of cooperation among Players is not permitted. LanguageThe following rules apply: - Communication between Players at the table is in English only.
- No foul, abusive or insulting language is permitted. The use of such language may result in the following:
- Player's chat function being disabled.
- Players being disqualified and removed from the game.
- Players being banned from Piggs Peak Poker Online Poker Room

Soft play is not allowed, and may result in the following: - Players being disqualified and removed from the game.
